I have purchased this unit and have really enjoyed it. The only drawback to this unit though is that since I live in the backwoods of Virginia, the ONLY place that carries the 5L Heineken kegs is Walmart. As we all know, Walmart cares about the environment about as much as Big Oil Companies care about providing affordable gas prices. Therefore, they do not accept returns on the empty kegs. So, since I cannot return the keg, I have to just throw it into the garbage and from there it goes into the landfill. I cannot fully enjoy the beer knowing that the keg is just scrap, so I will probably just give this unit away to someone that can return kegs.

CAN SOMEBODY INFORM ME WHAT SIZE SHOULD BE THE HEINEKEN DRAUGHTKEG????

I DON’T SEE IT IN THE DESCRIPTION.

I LIVE IN ITALY AND BEFORE PURCHASING THIS ITEM, I WANT TO VERIFY IF THE RIGHT SIZE DRAUGHTKEG ARE SOLD HERE!!! OTHERWISE IT WOULD BE A BIG WASTE OF MONEY.

WE HAVE THE 5 LITERS ONE, BUT THEY ARE PROBABLY TOO BIG.

I won the Krups B95 Beertender in a raffle at a local bar and have been trying to decide whether to keep it or try to sell it on e bay or craigs list. Since it didn’t cost me anything I gave it five stars, you can’t beat Free! From the reviews it seems mostly guys with mechanical/technical skills like it best and I don’t want to be getting frutrated dealing with it. I’ve also had the mini kegs and kept the in the regular fridge no problem.

I purchased a BeerTender from Heineken and Krups Model B95 Home Beer-Tap System a few months ago and I am very pleased to have one in my home.

I just bought my second BeerTender from you in July and had it shipped to my son Michael Stenson who resideds in Niceville, Fl. The cost of the unit was $199.95.

You can imagine my shock when I saw the exact same model advertised on QVC a couple of weeks ago. I purchased 2 for my other 2 sons and including the purchase price of the unit, sales tax and shipping, I paid $104.57 for each one. What the heck? Can you explain this? Will you be reimburing me the difference?

I look forward to hearing from you.

    Sincerely,

    Gerald M. Stenson

Like others, I feel this product is a piece of crap. It pours nothing but glasses of foam, regardless of how you pour the beer. If you like drinking foam, this is the perfect device for you.
