    My Bosch dishwasher is 1.5 years old. The handle broke off. The parts are still under warrantee, but Bosch will not send me the free part unless I pay a $130 service fee.

    We liked the quiet wash cycle but the motor went out in the first six months and we had to wait 3 months for a replacement part. Lower racks would not support heavy dishes and kept unhooking from bar. We can’t wash heavy dishes on the bottom shelf because of this.
