the buyers solicitor requested the search on the 19 of sept in Enfield and still not received but with all the post strikes im getting frustrated ,can they ask for it to be faxed or emailed

In the US they can be used of followed by original docs or you can email w/ digital signature. But I’m not sure if a search is the same thing here- search on the properties chain of title, easements etc to prove clear ownership? Title work can be faxed. Or how about a delivery service?

Hello Experts,
What I have:
1) Win XP
2) Brother MFC-490CW printer-fax-scanner.
What do I need:
1) I need to send and receive faxes without printing and scanning them.
Example:
Say I have an email and I want to send it by fax to some office, I know the fax number there.
What do I need:
An application that will connect to my Brother fax and receive faxes that sent to me and send faxes to other people using my fax number.
What do I use now and doesn’t work well:
PaperPort that was given with the CC3 suite. I use PC-Fax receive mode. PaperPort doesn’t connect to fax and don’t collect the faxes. Checked the settings and IP and everything configured like it should be.
Please help me and tell me what program does it best, low priority to online, I need a software.

I have a need to “SEND ONLY” about 50 pages of faxes per month. My destination is ONLY a toll free 866 number. I will never send long distance or receive faxes. Any options available without having to pay per page or per month? I dont mind paying a small fee for the service, but to pay 15 cents per page for a toll free fax see excessive! I do not have a home phone line nor a fax machine, so I am looking for an email or another eletronic option. Thanks! (not sure why I need to even send faxes in this day and age, but alas I do!)
Don’t forget, I do not have a home phone line…so MS FAX isn’t an option. Thanks

Windows has a fax program included in the accessories. You can set it up and send the faxes through your computer.

for Send only, I think there is a free one out there, but they are not going to let you get 50 faxes a month out.

The fact that he sees absolutely nothing wrong with this bill is scary. Rather, I think he does know its flaws but he made promises that must be kept. What is more illuminating is that he thinks no one else (like us) can see that. That we are in the dark in this matter. He used ignorance during his campaign and it worked well for him. But he doesn’t realize that one very good thing came from this election. More and more got involved in learning about politics and how this country is being run. That ignorance can’t be counted on any longer.

Electronic signature law states that you do not have to represent a physical signature to make a legal agreement. All you have to do is type your initials. There is no instance online where a person would have to provide a physical signature to have a legitimate legal agreement made.
You probably have been to websites where there is text that says something like, “If you type your initials here, you legally agree to whatever we have just said.”
There is law most places making this legit. In most cases, digitally copying your physical, hand-written signature will not create legal backing. This is because anyone could take a copy of your physical signature and copy it on a computer.
I do want to mention that arguing law almost always can become just plain semantics, but when you get in front of a judge, they are going to usually interpret the most legitimate interpretation of the law.

I interviewed for a job and yesterday they called and said that they wanted to move forward. I was asked to fax over and application and an employment release form. I was also asked to email my salary requirements. Am I likely to get the job or is there anything that might make them not take me at this point other than the salary (which they said was in a good range)? It is in the IT field, for information purposes.

The news is good that you have passed the first hurdle. However, the salary requirement does put you ( and everyone else in the same position ) in a bit of a bind.
Ask for too much, and they may pass you over for another candidate with lower salary requirements; ask for too little and you’re short-selling yourself which may lead to dissatisfaction with the company and job.
One option you have is to go to a website like salary.com, and look at the ranges of salaries for IT folks in your state or city. Then answer the company by giving a range a little tighter than what you see on the web.

I do not see the violation. Ask answer format fine. I don’t see the problem. I’ve seen way worse propaganda. I’m not saying your motivations aren’t good, but possibly it’s thought of as spam and advertising. It’s a stretch though. Do I know you from NJ? Riverside? Beverly?

I live in GA. Things had been great with our contact. Then about 2 months ago I sent him a fax having to do with my case. He has not responded to any of my repeated request for contact. When the girl that answers the phones goes in to tell him I am on the line he always tells her that he will call me back. What steps should I take?

I think you should fire your lawyer and switch to another one. He’s incompetent or purposely avoiding you. Either situation indicates that he is not working on your case in a manner consistent with your best interests.

Find a new lawyer. Your preliminary contact was a feeler in which apparently nothing but pleasantries were exchanged. In a day where unethical behaviour is rife, particularly in a situation you have to deal with a lawyer it seems you’d be inviting disaster with someone like this. I don’t care how well placed they are. If the lawyer who’s salary you intend to pay is giving you short shrift, who’s to say how far this decidedly unprofessional behaviour will go. They’re lawyers. Not saints. It’s like a dog track bet and he’s the dog. Dogs eat their own vomit, you’ll recall. Hope this helps.

Report him to the state bar association on an ethics complaint stating that he has been neglecting your case and failing to communicate with you. That will get his attention real fast. He may not like you afterwards but you will have his attention.

Make sure you have everythign documented, then go see him and tell him if he wants to continue representing you to stop ignoring you. If you don’t like the service, report him to the Georgia Bar. But talk with him first…it maybe just a misunderstanding…and you may be able to resolve it with a lot of nonsense. Just be prepared to not let him off the hook…

I remember when I first got this app on my HTC Thunderbolt I was able to get a mobile boarding pass. When I checked in on the app and recieved my boarding pass, there was an option to get a mobile boarding pass.
But when I am checking in for my flight tomorrow I do not have an option to select mobile boarding pass anymore. The only choices are email boarding passes and fax boarding passes.
Anybody know what is going on here?
