I bought it, plugged it in, it tried to go, and it conked out. In addition to not working, there is NO WAY 17 bottles will fit. My roommate and I spent 15 minutes trying all different configurations, and the max we could get in was 14 and that was a bit scary. The bottom section (where the cans are shown) isn't deep enough for wine to go straight back, and will only fit 2-3 (3 very shaky) bottles sideways on each. this product never worked.
