I am conflicted about buying this product because the reviews are very disparate. I can’t help but wonder if the great reviews are planted by company PR/Sales staff. From what I’ve heard, many companies and organizations post made up comments or reviews to fit their desired outcomes and influence opinions. Any thoughts about this?

AVOID THIS COMPANY!! My unit arrived broken. Haier customer service was rude & obnoxious. They were completely unapologetic & seemed to go out of their way to be UNHELPFUL. When I finally bullied them into action, they wanted a full week to send out a service man who may or may not have been able to fix it. I spoke to both customer service and corporate, both were extremely rude and entirely useless. What’s more, neither one had the decency to so much as apologize. NEVER AGAIN.
This was every internet buyer’s nightmare!

this machine has very limited loading capacity, no delicate washing cycle, will easily ruin your blouse or else. It is sucks. Do not waste your money! [...]. Manual is sucks. Spinning cycle is longer than washing. It is ridicules! Spend extra 80 bucks and buy regular size washer. Also watch this video!
