This vehicle belongs to one of our mechanics at F&R JETPARK.His wife was hijacked
this morning in Birchacres, Kempton Park …the hijackers drove off with their 2 year old
daugter on the backseat..

This is why I’m glad my son was home with his grandparents and we hadnt been hijacked. Whats the world coming to? I pray to Lord they take that little girl to a nearby police station or I swear I will become a murderer and suss out every criminal myself with a panga, stun gun and machette… so help me Lord.

The paid clergy cannot bring peace and security while they are mixing in world government business! When they all take sides with their own government in war against another government who has their same faith in it and they will kill their own brother in the faith just because he is in that other nation and both sides clergy say God is on their side not the other side. Is something wrong with that? Reason on that please! And ask why no peace on earth?

The problem is the US worker has an unrealistic view of what labor costs. The US worker needs to adapt to the rapidly changing world so our businesses can compete globally. Immigrant workers do not hesistate working 10+ hours daily to get the job done. US workers are done at 8 hours, with breaks, and 1 hour lunches.

We didn’t have “massive layoffs”. There are 300,000,000 million people in this country. The net layoffs were a tiny percentage of the working population. Let’s not start with the overblown fear tactics just yet.

There is still net job growth in the economy (more jobs being created than being lost).
The problem is that the current economic growth is not as large as it was a year ago. (But the economy is still growing.)
The fact of the matter is that we are in a period of adjustment. The housing bubble has burst and as a result the economic markets have to adjust for the fact that much of the wealth they were counting on did not really exist. (This is similar to the dot.com bubble that occurred about 10 years ago.)
The best method for fueling economic growth is tax cuts. The higher the taxes in the people who are investors the greater the incentive to move investments out of places that produce economic growth and into tax shelters.
The tax policies enacted by the Democrats in the 1980s are a large reason for the exaggerated economic downturns. By discouraging capital investment and encouraging debt as the methods to finance companies they placed economic risk on the backs of the workers. (Companies have to meet debt payments or they go bankrupt – a company missing a stock dividend will not necessarily go bankrupt.)

It means you tried to fax to someone that doesn’t have a color fax machine. Faxing from your machine in color will cause the fax to come out choppy on their end so your machine is telling you to fax again on the black and white setting.

think about it in terms using a modem connected to a PC to use the internet, when you want to send something online, the modem modulates the digital signals from the PC in to analogue signal, transmits the data down the phone line in analogue form. The signal is then demodulated back into digital signals that is then viewed, used by the pc at the other end.
Fax works in a similar way, the fax machine at the other end, changes the signal back into the original data.

When we type in our credit card numbers to buy something from an online shop, can the online shop staff see our credit card numbers and 3 digit code and use it again and again to take our money? Also, I just bought something from an online shop, and somehow the shipping fees were not deducted and now they ask me to FAX or CALL in with my credit card number. Isn’t that unsafe? What can I do?

If it’s a reputable store, like a major one, then it’s usually safe.
However, I ordered something from a fairly popular store and someone hacked into the information and charged over 0 worth of clothing. We got it fixed and all, but it’s a small risk you’re going to have to take ordering online.

Isn’t that true of almost EVERY place you use your card?
Do you give your card to the waiter? When they take it away for processing, they could swipe the data. A store clerk could do the same thing.

Most eStore interfaces only allow the customer service reps to see the last four numbers of the credit card umber.
I would not fax or call in your credit card information; that does not seem like an appropriate request.

Just watch your credit card bills. You will recognize if its charged when you havn’t used it. Most sites such as eBay and amazon, etc… are safe and secure. Similar to online banking. Welcome to the world of technology. Just watch for unusual activity on your card, and go to the bank and cancel your account if such happens.

I saw a yahoo ad for a free fax with Yahoo and I didn’t click on it right then because I thought I would be able to find it later and get the information about it but when I went looking for it (like 20 min later!) I couldn’t find the ad or any other information on Yahoo Fax. Does anyone know about it or how to find it?

I don’t think yahoo! offers a free fax service, but there are numerous fax services that accept an email to fax something. Do a yahoo search on “free yahoo fax” and you’ll get a bunch of links.

I have a all-in-one printer with a fax system. I bought a external 56K Modem USB so I can send and receive faxes, because my computer does not have one installed on it. When I installed it, and when I try sending a fax, my computer shuts down and starts back up. It does that every time I try to send a fax. I was wanting to know what could be wrong?

Reinstall software. Check if connections are tight and correct.
