Fax Service: does anyone have any negative feed back on a place called Krug auto sales in fairborn, ohio?
My buddy is about to buy a car from krug auto sales and they seem kind of shady. They wont drop the price on a car even though something is wrong with it plus they want to up the price if they do a car fax and up the price if they fix the car.I just figured id get on here and see if anyone has done buisness with them before and hear some testimonials
So why buy the car (or try to) if the deal sucks?
Uh…okay.
Google search the dealer or something.

Answer by crustysob
A current pay stub is used to verify employment and income.
Answer by shelcom
the pay stub will prove income, but they may call and verify how long you’ve worked there.
Answer by Ms. Gump
I would imagin that they are just verifying your income.
Answer by Pennstate98
proof of income.
Answer by phuckfrankie
Many lendors call your employment to verify employment, years worked, current salary. If they call they may ask for this information. I know for a fact this is done for home loans. Auto loans it depends on the clender you go through they may or may not require paticular information from your employer.
What do you think? Answer below please!

Animated Gifs do not auto play in Internet Explorer 7? – Fax Internet
Posted by in Fax Internet on May 22, 2011
Question by Divinity U: Animated Gifs do not auto play in Internet Explorer 7?
Animated Gifs do not auto play when loaded in Internet Explorer 7, I have to save the Gif file to the computer and then play through Windows Picture and Fax Viewer. Does anybody know why this is happening since upgrading from Internet Explorer 6?

Answer by Tritan
To enable animated GIFs, select “Internet Options” from the Tools menu and then click the Advanced tab. Scroll down to the Multimedia section, check the “Play Animations” option and click OK. From now on, you should only see the first frame of each animated GIF that loads.
Remember that IE will need to be restarted for the changes to take effect.
Answer by comn8u
I’ve noticed a lot of problems with Explorer 7. I have a banner that rotates in all browsers, firefox, netscape, and old versions of IE, but IE 7 does not display it. I’m wondering if IE7 has a new DOM.
Here’s a list to the new scripting for IE7:

FAQ: Do you work in the auto insurance field? I have questions. ?
Posted by in Fax Driver on March 22, 2011

By BELLE: Do you work in the auto insurance field? I have questions. ?
My daughter moved out over a year ago and lives with her boyfriend. She drives a car that her boyfriends Dad owns. I have had her on my policy since she was 16. I called Geico and asked to remove her from my policy as that she does not live with me, she is 19 and an adult and she never drives my 2 vehicles (1 is mine, the other is my husbands truck). I can’t see keeping her on my policy when she does not drive the vehicles she is insured for. Makes no sense. Geico refuses to take her off my policy saying she is a “youthful driver” I am ticked. Am I paying for nothing????/ What is she covered for when she never drives my vehicles. I don’t know if I should cancel my policy and go with a different company since they refuse to remove her. She has never drove my vehicles, ever. She had a car in high school but it blew up and she has not had her own since. She currently lives 30 miles from me so I don’t see her but maybe once a week as it is. It make me wonder if Geico just thinks I am lying. They said they will only release her off the policy if I fax proof of coverage for her. What kind of policy can you get if you do not own a car???? PLease help me, if you know any of these answers. I am wondering how long I have to keep her on my policy. Till she is 30 years old???? When is she considered an adult. She is 19, lives on her own, supports herself. I thought at 18 you are a legal adult.

Answer by His Angel
Sounds like they are correct. I would switch companies, and do not add your daughter. Try Erie insurance, my cousin is an agent there. We saved 0.00/yr by switching to them.
If you dont like the rates, just do it, and then go back to Geico without your daughter on the policy.
Good Luck
Answer by j2tharome_15
Alot of companies have similar rules as to what Geico has. The reason why this is is because someone at her age may still be dependant on you (mainly because of college), and they don’t know if you’re taking her out of the policy simply to lower your payment. Because of what I just explained to you is the reason why they’re asking for proof of coverage she has elsewhere. This will show Geico that she indeed has her own policy, and won’t be depending on you or your husband’s vehicles.
You can shop around for different carriers. I always shop around around my renewal term just to see if there is anything competitive out there.
My only issue is they could also have excluded her from the policy meaning that if she drives the vehicle she won’t be covered on it. However, this rule may vary by state.

What auto company is “the best”? GM, Ford, Chreysler?

By matt: What auto company is “the best”? GM, Ford, Chreysler?
Q1.
And why. I mean everyone has there own personal pereference naturally in what they like better. But i want to know which one is better according to fax, such as car quality, production productivity, and customer service. The most important is car quality. If you think a foreighn car company is better thats fine but please say why.
Q2.
my personal experience. i had volkswagons and had terrible luck with them. bad electirical problems. I have had many Fords, mercury, lincoln ect. and have had amazing luck with them. very few repairs. drive them till they die.
WHat do you think.
tell me you story.

Answer by the bad seed
aver all i would say gm is the best.
ford would have to be a near 2nd.
the ford pickups are 2nd to none
Answer by krooser2
The best company is the one that sells the car that you like. they may talk quality and gas mileage but they buy with their eyes (and their budget).
I’ve had excellent luck with Fords, too. But I also have had good GM and Mopars, too. I owned two Toyotas back in the late 60′s/ early 70′s when almost no one had heard of them. Good luck with them, too.
My favorite car right now is any OLD car that’s paid for and is fun to drive…I have a ’56 F100 with an all-Mopar drivetrain. And a few old Triumph TR’s that are a hoot to drive.
Newer cars are pretty boring no matter what the brand. And they are way too pricey for my blood. My daily drivers are a Lincoln Continental with 150K on it and a 210K F150. And that’s about as new as I care to get.
Answer by grasshoppah
sales tell the tale… ford trucks number one for over 20 years…taurus was number one for 14 years in a row…mustang best selling muscle car of all time 44 years old…mercury number one in quality according to JD Powers and associates…GM has been making some real lemons lately…aveo…and the dexcool disaster…chryslers horrible 2.7 V-6…and the neon/pt loser…
Answer by justintimberlakefan
GM is the best because they have great build quality and customer service. They also have the best warranty available and unlike Chrysler and Ford they don’t use fake plastic wood inlays, they use the real stuff.

FAQ: Travelers Auto insurance: a 93 year old lady in NYC could NEVER pass the drivers test hit?

Ask by Legandivori: Travelers Auto insurance: a 93 year old lady in NYC could NEVER pass the drivers test hit?
my parked car. It;s an old best extremely kwell kept Honda Civic with revbuilt engine now only 102,000 miles on the engine.
That was 7 weeks ago and I have YET ro receive a written offer from them in settlement despiute three times faxing documents and police reports since 7-13. They claim that my company still might be partially liable. It’s ludicrous, and the 93 year old had zero muscles tone, probably on all sorts of old people medications s the past many years, and basically lost control on a sloped street or fell asleep.
How can I get this moving, or what options do I have, because it’s costing me to insure this car to sit in the street, and I do not have anywhere to store it. It’;s not drivable. They declared it a total loss, and yet, this ’88 car would cost me 1600- 2000 at a dealers in worse condition than mine.
PS: they’ve unofficially offered me around 800 but refuse to put anything in writing. MY mechanic said the restored engine they put in plus the new timing chain, etc coupled with the fact I have a clutch and they replaced that too could have allowed me another 100,000 miles on the car.

Answer by oklatom
Two questions here. First, why are you talking to anyone other than your own insurance agent? You don’t need to negotiate with her insurance company, that is why you have an agent.
Second question, you do realize they can total your vehicle and just offer you market value, that they don’t have to repair it if the cost of repairs is more than the worth of the vehicle, don’t you? If it’s an old high mileage vehicle, 0 may be the market value, and if you accept that, you have sold them the vehicle.
Your best source of advice will be your insurance agent.

Where can I search online 2 see if an auto title has a lienholder?
Posted by in Fax Online on November 24, 2010

Question by gladmanor: Where can I search online 2 see if an auto title has a lienholder?
Im trying to buy this truck but the guy has lost the titile. I ran a Car fax and the title is good. Is there a search I can do online to check to make sure there isn’t any liens against the truck?
Answer:
Answer by Kacky
You could try Carfax. Really it’s his responsibility to get a duplicate title, because there will be a fee for that too, and it’s up to him to prove to you he owns the vehicle in the first place.
Answer by blb
I wouldn’t buy it until he can give you the title. How do you know it wasn’t stolen, he isn’t the real owner of the vehicle or that it doesn’t have a salvage title. It is his responsibility to get a title. Tell him that you want to buy it as soon as he receives the title. Don’t buy it until then.
There is no where that I know of that you can search online for a lienholder.
