Fax Service: does anyone have any negative feed back on a place called Krug auto sales in fairborn, ohio?
My buddy is about to buy a car from krug auto sales and they seem kind of shady. They wont drop the price on a car even though something is wrong with it plus they want to up the price if they do a car fax and up the price if they fix the car.I just figured id get on here and see if anyone has done buisness with them before and hear some testimonials
So why buy the car (or try to) if the deal sucks?
Uh…okay.
Google search the dealer or something.

Answer by wirelessjobseeker
Maybe, but I wouldn’t do it. All he needs is the number on the back of your card and he can order stuff off the internet to his heart’s delight.
Answer by waplambadoobatawhopbamboo
cancel the order – he’s a thief
Answer by little fairy lady
Let him cancel your order. I have never had anyone ask for a copy of my credit card. Do not give it to them. Do your shopping somewhere else.
Answer by peacfulwar
The only need the back of the card to verify the 3 digit security code. However, most places online just simply ask that yoyu provide them with those numbers verbally. If it is not a reputable company example; Best Buy, Sears, ect ect. Otherwise I wouldnt give them jack.
Answer by tonalc1
NO! The back of your card contains your security code. He can use this to make purchases. Run far, run fast.

Can a seller back out of an counter offer?
Posted by in Fax Email on October 20, 2011

By Mel Bel: Can a seller back out of an counter offer?
We put an offer in on a short sale and the seller countered back. We agreed and signed off on the counter offer. Our agent called the other agent, emailed and faxed back our signatures for the counter offer. The problem came up when our real estate agent informed us that there was now another offer on the board. If they countered back on our offer and we agreed can they consider another offer from someone else?
Answer:
Answer by the kid
Once everyone’s signatures are on the counter, you have a contract, and they can only back out based on the terms therein. My guess is that it doesn’t say they can back out just b/c they think they can get more money.
Answer by Chris
Yes, they can on a short sale – frequently the bank, or whoever holds the mortgage, wants as much money as they can get.
My brother bought a house on a short sale and as they were going through the place with the inspector people were still looking at the house. He eventually got it but it took about 6 stressful months.
Answer by acermill
In a short sale, the rules change. While the sellers themselves are bound to your accepted counteroffer, the bank will simply refuse to approve YOUR offer if the other offer tendered is more attractive to the bank. The bank involved has the final say on which offer it will accept and approve.
Answer by Steve D
Doesn’t matter, as a short sale, the bank still has to approve the offer and once the bank knows that there is a higher offer on the table, they will not approve your offer. Since they hold the lien, the ball is in their court and unless you top the other offer, you will lose out on the house.

Answer by cheezyhill
I am pretty sure we have them all back. Most well before Christmas, but then we were finished shopping by Thanksgiving. My wife is my rebate queen!

I’m sure it varies by industry. Consumer electronics are probably the worst.

Q&A: Money back from internet scam?!? – Fax Internet
Posted by in Fax Internet on October 10, 2011

By Megan D: Money back from internet scam?!?
I paid $ 64 something to a crap website called FreeTV.com. It doesn’t work(like all of their so-called stations are always “down”) and I wouldn’t even want if it did work ’cause the stations are crap anyway. They say on the page where you put your payment trough that they have a “Seven day money back garauntee”.(Ofcourse when you go into terms and conditions(the fine print they think nobody reads) it says it keeps $ 10 so really you don’t even get all of your money back). Anyhow, there’s no way to select the “Money-back garauntee”, there’s no customer service number or e-mail of fax or anything, there’s one of those areas where you can leave a so-called “ticket” that they’re supposed to leave a response, but when you submit the ticket it doesn’t say “your message has been sent” or anything, and they never did answer my ticket where I asked for my money back. It’s been eight days now and they better give me money $ back ’cause I contacted them the only way I could, more than once, within the seven days. HOW CAN I GET THESE SNAKES TO GET ME MY MONEY BACK? They deserve to lose their business. NO ONE BUY FROM FREETV.COM!
Best answer:
Answer by onomatopoeia
Just threaten to set up blogs about them and basically make them the devil and report them on every single scam website possible. If that doesn’t get their attentioin, carry out your threat. You might not have your back, but you would have your revenge.
Answer by MB princess of BM
make a complaint at the bbb (better business bureau) and always check with them before you give money to an online business.

Q&A: my outlook at work has changed all the fax numbers to emails… company@000… how do i get it back to normal. – Fax Email

By reckless: my outlook at work has changed all the fax numbers to emails… company@000… how do i get it back to normal.
Best answer:
Answer by U dont know me
Outlook 2000, 2002 and XP treats FAX numbers as valid electronic communication so if you have both email and fax in a contact, both show up when you hit send. There is no way to default to only email. Two options exist to save you headaches.
1. Put FAX number in a different slot so that the fax field on contacts is empty.
2. Manually insert an alpha character or characters in front
of FAX number like FAX – this tricks outlook into ignoring the FAX number as an email address.
Hope it helps

FAQ: How do I get my printer back online? – Fax Online
Posted by in Fax Online on August 14, 2011

By texansbaybee2011: How do I get my printer back online?
We have 2 computers (1 is the main computer, we have it labeled) in the office and one printer/fax (hp brand). It was working fine yesterday. Now we did have a glich in the morning and now its saying “printer offline” on the main computer and its not printing anything up.
How do I fix that?
When I go into networks and settings, it says there is no printer on there and the ip address is all blanked out.
Nthing is happening.
It pulls up both computers “main” and “office”. Under the “office” it shows the printer and fax. Under the “main” it doesnt have any printers under it. When I click “add printer” it tells me “you do not have sufficient rights to perform this operation”
Well I reinstalled. It put it under the “main” computer and that message didnt come up again that i didnt have the suffiect whatever……
I guess that will do. It just doesnt show like it did before:

alright try to uninstall the drivers and install them again from scratch. if you don’t have the drivers you can usually download them from the manufacture’s web like I did with vista.
Answer by tmolhoek
On the computer that has the printer hooked up to it, make sure the printer is online there. If not, right click on it and turn it online. (Start > Control Panel > Printers & Faxes)
if that doesn’t work, uninstall it and then install the latest drivers.

• I have checked the cables.

When I turned off the printer I waited like 25 seconds or so
Good Answer:
Answer by emucompboy
Did you try unplugging the printer, waiting at least 30 seconds, then plugging it back in?
Answer by The Impossible Cube
Have you checked that you have the right drivers for your OS? A quick visit to the HP website might help.
Answer by lucee
I looked up this printer and decided the link below is the best bet for comprehensive advice toward fixing your problem. I honestly do not know what it is, and I do think you have taken all the necessary steps. Of course, I have to ask: When you turned the printer on and off, did you wait at least 1 minute before turning it back on? With today’s printers, that’s a necessity.
Good luck with this!
