When I reply to an email from a party I correspond with frequently,
I would like to save some typing time by having the ‘reply’ always
automatically come up w/ my ‘sender’ details at bottom of reply
window.

For example, I would like to see my full name, tel and fax nr’s,
email address and so on, at bottom of the ‘reply’ when I click on
‘Reply’.

I hear that some businesses use this feature but I’m not sure.
Maybe it requires a special email program.

Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated.

AM I missing something? It sounds like you are talking about a personalized signature, which is pretty easy to set up on most mail software.

But since that is so easy and been around for so long, I figure I am misunderstanding the question.

It is the “Signature” feature you are looking for.
Click the “Options” link in the upper right of your yahoo mail page.
Scroll down the middle column of the page that opens and click on the “Signature” link.
A window will open for you to enter the text you mentioned above in the “Signature” box, check the box below it that says “Add signature to all outgoing messages”, then click the “Save” button. Send a short message to yourself to see how it looks at the bottom of the message area.
