fax price

My Question: does anyone want to talk me out of getting a 2002 tahoe that has 158,000 miles on it? car fax is pretty clean.?
Car fax is clean, getting it from an auto dealer. want to use it to do a little credit cleaning by paying a cheap note every month. The price is less than $ 7000 I figure Ill be paying 2 something a month. Plus I need transportation and am still not to fond of little cars. Im 230 lbs and 6″1′

A chevy with 158k = no promises. Good luck with that if you really plan on purchasing it.

For 7,000$ you have a lot of other options. Cars prices are shooting downwards fast.

It has very high mileage for its age, but the price doesn’t sound horrible since you are getting it from a dealer, they are always a bit expensive since they have to make a profit.
Go to http://www.kbb.com/kbb/UsedCars/default.aspx and put in the info about the vehicle. The website will give you an estimated value of what its worth. I would do it but i don’t know the condition or any of the features it has. The site is simple to use.

First of all there is no way that going deeper in debt will “clean” your credit. The extra debt you add to your credit report will completely erase any ontime payment history you try to build.

The only way to “clean” your debt is to reduce it. Get out of debt, don’t add to your debt. Pay stuff off, reduce your overall debt and pay your bills on time.

I have no problem with you buying a used Suburban for 00 but don’t do it with the expectation that this is somehow going to improve your credit score because it isn’t.

yah, i do

DUDE,DON’T DO IT! TOO OLD, TOO MANY MILES, AND YOU’RE GONNA SPEND 158,000 IN FUEL. GO GET AN OLD MERCEDES,AND SAVE AT LEAST HALF OF YOUR MONEY.

i am a computer tech and every day i service laser printers and fax machines. the way we clean them is to take them out of the machine and clean them with a piece of paper towel. any soft foamy rollers MUST NOT be cleaned with liquid of any kind, just wiped off with a towel. any solid rubber rollers can be rinsed with some water and wiped clean till dry with a paper towel. Definatley refer to the manual if you have it.

if it has the 6 cyl. engine – RUN AWAY.

It’s got serious manifold gasket issues.
The BCM (Body control Module) gives out and you’re in for a lot of bucks.

Sounds suspiciously low in miles.

Answer by Jon
nope

Answer by gta_tony
The 5.0 is a 305, not a 350.

…and that’s WAY too much for that car, even with the low mileage.

How do I clean my phone, fax machine?

fax machine

By Kevin L: How do I clean my phone, fax machine?
My white wall phone and fax machine along with a few other gadgets are looking dingy. You know, they look clean where they are used, but the other areas look sorta brownish. I’d like to know how to clean these things up so they look new. I’d like to use household cleaners, not some expensive specialty cleaner. Any tips on the best way to get this done?

I would use rubbing alcohol on cotton balls or wipes or try using Windex in the same way.

Answer by generalchad
You can just use bleach OR ammonia but not both at the same time. — Also, when using ammonia or bleach, do so in a well ventilated area and DILUTE them with water.

DO NOT use green “scratch” pads or scrubbing pads (the white ones ARE generally ok). It’s best to use a wash cloth and elbow grease.

If it’s not doing the trick then you can try a car polish or some soft-scrub ™ that has a slight abbrasive quality. White toothpaste may also work well to loosen the dirt up.

The main problem though is the original handset probably did not have a smooth surface when you bought it. It had an “orange peel” type surface but over time as you’ve used it, you’ve rubbed the parts that you touch more often to a smooth state. The only way you’ll get the phone looking clean again would be to rub the entire phone until it’s all the same consistant smoothness.
