Unfortunately there do not seem to be any Vista drivers available yet for that series of Zoltrix modems.
Zoltrix may or may not choose to develop Vista drivers for that product. They have not yet made any announcements to that effect.

probably not going to get an exact one. try using a generic 56k modem driver built into vista.

Your best bet is to use Driver Agent with this modem attached to an online computer and you may also be able to solve the problem with a Google search

It is exactly what it mean, the device is preventing it from entering standby mode.
If you are using the modem, it might be why. i did manage to find an article on the issue, here.

I have formatted my Compaq Presario V3035TU Laptop and installed Windows Server 2003 SP1. I have installed almost all the driver and software but I could not compatible driver for “Conexant HDAUDIO Soft data fax Modem with SmartCP”. Please HELP

The HDAUDIO part is typically taken care of by doing Windows Updates. Microsoft has a patch for HD audio and modem to work properly. Do your updates and if the device still has an error in device manager then select the device, remove it, refresh. If it install fine, great. If not have it try to check online for an updated driver.

I have a pci modem Rockwell HCF v92 56k data fax and couldn’t find any suitable driver for it.
there are very driver for v90 or old drivers for v92 which dose not work so
please link me directly to correct driver.

if you have windows XP it will set it as a generic fax modem you dont need drivers. If not then you need to go to their site or Drivers.com.
