I had applied to this company via Internet I faxed in my resume, as the site requested.
& today I got the interview, wasnt i supposed to fill out an application or do some companies not use them. ???
Is this a bad sign if i wasen’t asked to fill one out. ??

Some companies don’t use them, they just go by the resume. If one was required, I’m sure they would have asked you to complete one while you were there.

If you fill out a application via the Internet you don’t have to fill another one.Every company is different so don’t worry.

they called you for interview,because they have seen you application. when you send them a thank giving mail,it sounds stupid.They had interview for 45 mint us.They are not stupid so Waite for a call.Again I wish you good luck.

Sometimes they won’t ask you to fill one out until you are already hired. If they feel that they have all the info they need in a resume to make a hiring decision, and don’t require an application, then there’s no point until you’re hired. The reason is because the app will go into your file and it is a LEGAL document. That’s why you always hear so much about not falsifying your app.
Other times, if they ask you to fill one out, it may not mean anything. Often times this happens because the company requires an application and then they just want to be consistent. Anyway, don’t sweat it. You probably did just fine!

Call information and get the phone number for the vital statistics office in the state/county you were born in.Call the vital statistics office and tell them what you need.They will send you a form to fill out,or will tell you what is needed.There will be a fee,but it won’t cost much,probably under .They will then send you a certified copy of your birth certificate.

Find the website for the county/state you were born in. They should have the information on how to request a copy of your birth certificate. If you have to send it via mail or fax, it can take 5 – 10 weeks. If you know someone who still lives there, they may be able to go down and pick it up for you.

I need to garnish a bank account. I have the ppwk work for Oregon(I already have a judgment from small claims court), but I really dont know how to fill it out. Is there place online I can get instructions on how to do it… or a company willing to fax me instuctions or even a filled out sample??
A bank will not help fill this information out. I do not want to hire anyone.

you probably have garnishments interrogatories, these are questions that must be answered by the bank under oath and these tell you whether or not the person has money there
then there is a writ allowing you to seize the money
the forms should be pretty straightforward, if you have specific questions you can email me, but i wont be able to get back to you until monday

I work at a bank and we don’t fill out the forms. Since you already have a court order you need to go to your local court house to have that done. Call the county in which they person with the garnishment is and they can help you with that. Good luck. People need to pay what they owe.

Not likely. Find your local law library (probably in a courthouse) and see if the librarian can find a how-to book for lawyers. That’s what they do. Or a large public library might have some of those books.
Go to the small claims court with your papers and ask one of the lawyers there (NOT a clerk) if s/he could help you. You will be surprised to find that some of them will help you for free.
If you still can’t find anything, let me know. Maybe I can help, even though I’m not licensed in Oregon.

Does anyone know if there is a download or a way that I can complete applications without printing them and completing them by handwriting them then forwarding to the employer via fax or e-mail. I’m trying to eliminate the handwritten step.

You could copy and paste it to microsoft word and answer it like that.

Save the web page to your desktop as a html file. Drag it into Microsoft word and edit as you please. Print when finished.
If they offer the application as a Acrobat pdf file, you can edit it via Adobe Acrobat professional, Adobe Photoshop or you can convert the pdf file to Microsoft Word and edit it.

I have a quotation/proposal form that I fill in to bid or invoice jobs. I scan and fax it through email after filling out. I would like to be able to have my proposal form on the computer to where I can just open the document and fill in the blank spaces with text. This will eliminate paper waste, handwriting and scanning. I could then just type in the fields then fax. Can you help?

You will need either an advanced layout program (like QuarkXpress or Pagemaker) that allows you to “overlay” text boxes on top of an image (Word won’t cut it) OR the full version of Adobe Acrobat.
NOT Acrobat reader – Adobe Acrobat Standard or Pro. Standard and Pro allow you to edit and annotate PDF documents.
In either program, you import the image, then on top of it create text boxes to type in. In Acrobat, you can even make this form submittable over the web.

I have a pc. Forms sent as a .pdf can you reformat them so that they can be filled out in say microsoft works and then set up the computer to fax them?

This depends on the security settings on the .pdf. It doesn’t sound like the .pdf is setup as a form, which you can edit directly. So I’m guessing the .pdf is print-only. If this is the case, you’ll likely have to print out the form, fill it out, and then scan the form into the computer.
Once it’s scanned in, you can send the scanned image to fax via the print menu (the fax should be listed as a printer option). You’ll have the option to create a cover page…
I’m assuming that your PC has fax capabilities and that you have a scanner…If the .pdf is indeed limited to printing and you don’t have a scanner, then it’s probably just easiest to hop over to a Kinkos and use their fax. If you don’t have a fax installed on your computer, there are other options like faxing via email services, such as myfax.com and efax.com.
There may be other software options as well, but they may costs (i.e. the full-version of Acrobat with an unlocked .pdf). I’ve never searched for.pdf conversion utility, but I’m assuming there some of those around as well.

Is there a website where I can fill out my claim form or can I fax it to the CA EDD? does this help speed up the process so I can get my check faster?…..and Yes, I have spent the last hour looking online on if I can do this. I would prefer anwers from people who have or who had CA unemployment benifits. Thank you for your help. (Im supposed to mail it today-Sunday) but mailing it its going to have to go out tomorrow…so if I fax it today or monday would they process it faster?

Continued claim forms (the claims that you submit each Sunday) must be sent by mail. They are not online. If you attempt to send it by fax, they will process it slower or will not process it at all; they will not process it faster. There is no faster method than mail. However, you can save 1-2 days by sending it Express Mail (so it is delivered to them sooner) instead of regular mail.
Only the initial claim form can be completed online or by fax. The online form is at https://eapply4ui.edd.ca.gov/. The fax form is at https://eapply4ui.edd.ca.gov/htm/cpgInstructions.htm and is the same as the mail form.
