Question by Cynimongirl: How do you turn the heat on a fraudulent internet company? They have my $$, I have nada ?
I ordered an item from an internet company and they took the payment out of my account the same day but have never shipped me anything. I have called, faxed and emailed but have received no response. They also do business under other company names. I filed a complaint with the BBB but would really like to have my money back. Where do I go now?
The company is JW Online Enterprises but they do business as: The Armory, www.armory.net (where I lost my money), Body at Work Fitness, www.bodyatwork.com, Kings Corner, www.chess-boards.com and some martial art places but I could not find the names for them. I just wonder how many others are losing money to this crook!?

alot of internet thieves are based out of the country and basically out of reach. call you state Attorney General.

Check with your bank or credit card that you paid for the item with, they should be able to start an investigation and get your money back for you.

One statement caught my eye in your question. You said payment was taken from your account that day. That indicated a bank transfer to me. Go to your bank and tell them what has happened. They can reverse the payment back to you legally.

After that, it is up to you whether you want to continue a lawsuit or legal action, but the main thing is you get your cash back.
