go to start > type MSCONFIG > click on startup > remove the program name that says fax or see the program path and if its going to windows folder leave it, else see which program is it triggering and remove it from list. after applying, reboot your computer…

Isn’t it strange when all this stuff happens and none of us know how to fix it even if we stay on it all day, glad that some people ask these kinds of questions so I can figure out what to do in case mine ever does this and I want to check out this MISCONFIG thing, but can’t that wipe out stuff that you might need if you are not careful or don’t know what you are doing? I would be careful I might call some kind of tech support?

FAQ: Why does End Program for Hidden Fax Window come up in response to End Program for Internet Explorer 6.0? – Fax Internet

Question by lightellen3: Why does End Program for Hidden Fax Window come up in response to End Program for Internet Explorer 6.0?
When Internet Explorer became non-responsive and was ended by and End Program window, another window came up for Hidden Fax Window as non-responsive with End Program option. I don’ use a fax program and after clicking End, the computer “locks up” and the power button is the only way to reboot. My printer includes a fax which I have never activated or used. Does anyone know why a hidden fax window would come up in response to ending the internet explorer program and lock up the computer in response to ending “hidden fax window, non-responsive program”?

There seams to be a conflict between the 2 programs, if you do not use your fax u can uninstall it to start, you can also download the new Internet version 7.5. and instead of pressing close to an unwanted program try Alt+F4

I’m searching to find out about a car that I just purchased.I’ve Had the car for a week and things are already going wrong with it.I have searched different websites that say that I can get a free report but they charge.
1st of all if something is advertised as free why isn’t it.I didn’t ask for any smart ass comments.Money is not an issue especially for valuable info. Thanks but no thanks for your answers. They weren’t helpful at all.

Then pay for the service. Information has value. It costs money to gather the information and produce the reports. Just pay for it.

So you will pay thousands of dollars for a car in which you have no idea what the history is, but you won’t fork up the for a carfax report?
Doesn’t make much logical sense.
Besides, when you get the carfax report, even if there are 9,000 problems on it, what are you going to do? Car purchases are buyer beware if there is no written or implied warranty tied to it.
What do you think? Answer below please!
