I am applying via online using Monster, Career Builder, Indeed, Craigslist, etc. What do I include in my application besides my resume? Does this also apply when faxing an application or when applying in person?
Also my resume is two pages long showing that I have been in various positions such as Admin, CSR, and being an assist to a Real Estate Agent having gained many skills along the way. How long should a resume be and how far back of a employment history do I include and what skills?

What about reference letters? When do I present these?

-Always include a cover letter.
-Always tailor your resume to the job you are applying for
-Your employment history only needs to go back 10 years
-Don’t bother with references unless they ask for them.
