Question by Sunny: How can I send the same fax document to a large group by scanning just once using a canon L series fax.?
I dont have the user manual as I have bought this fax second-hand for a new small business I have started.

There should be a setting in your fax software to fax a group, check you owners manual for the proper settings.

but if i maximize a small picture in my computer in windows picture and fax viewer, the resolution sucks..what is happening here

That’s because you have control over the scanning resolution when you scan small photographs for yourself. When you enlarge a picture that you’ve downloaded, you have to accept the resolution that it was published at, and you can bet your bottom dollar that people aren’t going to publish at larger resolutions as it increases file size and therefore the amount of time it takes to upload it.

When you scan a small photograph, set the resolution to 600 or 1200 dpi. At least, when you enlarge it, it won’t be too bad as long as you are not enlarging the size of a poster.

In that mail,the writer said that I won a prize £500000 Great Britainpound pound sterling .Is it true?He said that I need to pay a little money [include :Courier Charges,Insurance,Administrative].
May I believe this company? How can I receive the money of my prize?

No, it’s a scam. There is no money. There is only greedy scammers looking to get YOUR money.
You will write to get the money, and the guy at the other end willwrite you a long and somewhat convoluted story which in the end willask you for “transfer fees” or maybe it will be “Rate Exchange Fees” or maybe BOTH. You will think you have millions coming so you pay the fees. And then they will tell you that MORE fees are needed, adn then MORE fees, or perhaps TAXES must be paid.
In the end, you will send them money and y ou will get NOTHING. Remember, there IS NO MONEY.
Delete the email and move on with your life.

Now let me get this right – THEY SAID you have won some money but in order to get that money YOU PAY THEM.
Just so there’s no understanding, this means “THEY SAID YOU PAY THEM”.
(If you do pay them, who do you think has ‘won’ the ‘lotttery’ – you or them ???)

We have tried WinFax as well as e-fax and they are unable to support the large volumes we send out. We would also like the program to receive faxes via e-mail.

I have a small business and I send about 35,000 faxes a week. Right now I send them through an internet based program, but I am looking for something that allows me to send multiple pages (upwards of 150 pages in a single sending) to the same number.
I also need to be able to prove I sent the faxes, which is a big part of my business. I would like to do this through electronic receipt and be able to e-mail the receipt if anyone of my clients requests it.

Wow! What kind of business are you running that needs to send more than 7k faxes a day? The one I am using Onesuite Fax has no sending limit but not sure if it can handles 150 pages in one sending, maybe try to call their Toll Free (Onesuite 1-866-4178483) support number and ask.
