the buyers solicitor requested the search on the 19 of sept in Enfield and still not received but with all the post strikes im getting frustrated ,can they ask for it to be faxed or emailed

In the US they can be used of followed by original docs or you can email w/ digital signature. But I’m not sure if a search is the same thing here- search on the properties chain of title, easements etc to prove clear ownership? Title work can be faxed. Or how about a delivery service?

The other day, we went to the store and back home. When we got out o the car, we noticed a little bit of smoke coming out from under the hood. Not from all over, but just ONE side, where the water/coolant and power steering things are. While we were driving we didn’t see the smoke nor smell and none of the engine lights came on. It’s stopped after about 30 seconds. I thought maybe the coolant was low, so I checked and saw it was a little low, so put in a little bit of Prestone coolant. Well, I started the car, let it run a minute, then took off to work. Just before I got to my place of employment, the “service engine soon” light came on and has been on all day. I checked the oil and it’s full. Power steering is good, break fluid is full…What could this be and how much money am I going to have to put into repairs?

If it’s gaskets, I’m just junking it. I repaired gaskets in my LeSabre for $ 800. I can’t afford to be doing that left and right on stupid automobiles. I just paid $ 2500 for this car and the damn dealership said everything worked. Test drove it got the car fax and everything…This is ridiculous…

you could try autozone for a free check engine light diagnostic and they also will reset the codes or you might have to reset the oil change button which might be in the glove box

I would bet its not the engine its the battery or electrical system.

I had that problem in several escorts.

Could be as simple as getting a new battery or it could be something more serious like your alternator. I would check too see when the last time your battery was changed 1st though. Shouldnt be over 5 yrs.

most GFX cards have tools or control panels that allow for GAMMA correction.

Sometimes monitors have brightness and contrast controls that might help also.

I am looking for a good reliable company that handles faxes probably more on a pay-as-you-fax basis. I find myself faxing about 5-6 pages a month (occasionally more) and it’s annoying to have to pay $ 1.00+ per page at a store. I don’t feel I fax enough to have a monthly subscription and I don’t want to pay to have a phone line every month either. I also have looked into the Magic Jack and have found that faxing only works sometimes with that device. aren’t we all…

there are a few out there I’m sure but the companies just don’t have the stability of the more commercially known companies.

just hope the company is around in the future…tough to monetize.

you can have them go out with ads on them for free which might fit what you’re trying to do. I think most folks use their fax for business and ads kinda send the wrong message.

You can sign up online with a faxing service company for very cheap.
