Question: I used to have Windows Fax Manager Pop up when I opened a picture but now, I have Microsoft Photo Editor.?
I don’t want Microsoft Photo Editor, so what should I do?
What would happen if I Removed Microsoft Office XP Professional with front page?
Would I lose Microsoft Word?
I use WinRAR (read Manga scans) and Microsoft Photo Editor pops up when I double click a file. I want Windows Fax Manager to pop up instead of Microsoft Photo Editor.
Picture Folder?
Go to your picture folder, select all of them, right click and hit properties, you will se a thing that says, Open with, Hit change and select fax viewer

putting a “Store Online” link in the “Windows Picture and Fax Viewer” (what a stupid name) so that as you lot of pics, you can click “Store Online” and then move on to view the next pic by pressing the right arrow, while the uploading keeps happening in the background?

Q&A: So microsoft window vista has less usefulness than windows 98?
I could send faxes from Windows 98 bitware fax just fine. Now I understand that I cannot from VISTA? I had to blow the dust off a computer from the garage and fire it up just to send a fax.
I guess you’ve never heard of sending a fax online?
Just as Windows XP allowed you to send a fax through your computer, you can send a fax with Microsoft Vista

I send FAXes through VISTA just fine.
Vista has more features than XP and DEFINITELY more than 98. The problem with it is that those features don’t come in a nice package. I’d say go for XP or Windows 7. But any useful feature Windows 98 had, Vista is sure to have it.

This is very fake the only time you should even believe you have won any thing is a contest you know you have entered. no one ever gets entered into a contest with out first knowing about it, It just doesn’t work that way.
Besides any thing from microsoft is going to have a toll free or seattle phone number attached to it not something from outside the US. And why would Microsoft have an email on yahoo and not their own server?

It’s a scam especially if you didn’t enter it.Same thing happened to my daughter and she really had problems afterwards.There are warnings in regards to these scams both in the media and on line warnings.These lottery deals seem to originate from over seas operations.Guess they think we’re really dumb.Good luck.

No, the stuff isn’t coming from the Yahoo Awards Center, because there is no such thing. There is no lottery from Yahoo, Microsoft, or anyone else. There is no free money floating around with your name on it. Put this back in spam.

i have an essay due soon that i just finished typing on microsoft word 2007 and i hit the office button at the top left. I highlight “Send” and it gives me 2 options : email and internet fax. fax is not available on my computer, and the email button is faded so i cant click on it. i ran out of ink on my printer and i dont have the right size ink holder thingy for my printer. i have to send it to my family computer and i cant. please help!

Can’t you copy and paste it and e-mail it to yourself?

Unless you have Microsoft Outlook installed, I don’t think you can do a Send, however, you can still attach the .doc or .docx file to an email in your email program.
The instructions for that, unfortunately, depend on your email program.

There is no Microsoft or Yahoo lottery, these are scams to rip off your bank account. Just mark them spam and forget about it. Yahoo is aware of these scams, they have been around for a very long time. They just can’t all be caught. No company is going to just choose you and tell you in a email that you won something like that. Think about it.

Well, Prav, did you enter that lottery, you know buy a ticket????? No??? You can not win something you did not enter or play. Besides Yahoo, Hotmail, Gmail, Microsoft, MSN and Aol do not have lotteries, reward programs, promotions, or contests.
When an E-mail offer sounds too good to be true, then it is definitely not true.
It is a scam to get your personal information and/or your money, or both!
Do not respond to it.
Report it, forward it to the FTC at spam@uce.gov and to the abuse desk of the sender’s ISP.

Choose Fraud as the reason for the violation you’re reporting on.
Also, if the E-mail appears to be impersonating a bank or other company or organization, forward the message to the actual organization.

I don’t need the website to Microsoft but something more specific on how to remove this wizard. I know it has something to do with the registry so if anybody can give me a website staight to the fix that would be great. I print faxes everyday and I want to know a way to turn this off so I dont have to go through the five or six steps to get something printed because it is a waste of time and I print these about 20 times a day.
