it is on the U.S Department of education website, but it is for fall 2008. The 2007 has already expired.

And not only is the 2007-2008 FAFSA available, but you can STILL apply for Federal aid for the 2006-2007 year up until June 30, 2007 assuming you are enrolled during this time, despite what others may have written.

I have enrolled for a Distance,Computer-based Masters Degree Programme with the World University of Leadership,New York,USA. My Course is Masters in Leadership and Development Studies, to run from July 2006 to Julyu 2008. I need a Computer,preferably a laptop,solar power supply system as I am in a remote part of Uganda,a 4in one printer(with fax,scanner and photocopier),connection to the internet,and tuition of 3500 US Dollars. I am a Catholic Priest,ordained in 2004 for Nebbi Catholic Diocese – Uganda. I already hold two Bachelors Degrees – in Philosophy and in Sacred Theology. I would like to get this Degree so that I can be better placed,by contemporary standards to help my people head for Development,which Development is both a state of mind and a physical reality in which society has,through some combination of social,economic,political,cultural and institutional processes,secured the means of a BETTER LIFE, by distinguishing clearly the possible from the impossible.

Most banks will have student load, however fill out the federal financial aid package,. Most schools require that be filled out before they can begin the search for aid for you.
