Ask by Mellody: DOES ANYONE have a fax number to SEARS corporate office that actually works? ?
I would also like to get email addresses for top executives at Sears. No room here to tell my horror story of my year 2000 furnace installment and every year it never works for heat. I am TRYING to get their attention. Emailed attorney general, tv stations; no one seems to stick up for the consumer and guessed on the emails address for the BOD of Sears. Thank you!

try (847) 286-2500 the lady that answers is rude but it gets you to the CEO’s ..DO NOT let her pass you off..don’t tell her that’s it is about a complaint, she won’t let you thru.
