Question by another day: wife falsely accusing me of breaking restraining order by her accessing my email and forwarding self my emails?
My wifes attorney contacted my atty today claiming that i have been sending her emails.She is 1000 miles away,and I am having Yahoo send me a report of what IP Addresses have been in my email account forwarding messages since July of this Year.If it is proven that she is lying and fraudulently stating that I am breaking a restraining order by sending emails and faxes,is this wire fraud?Or what crimes has she committed if any?We are in a divorce/custody battle with a mutual restraining order with the only contact between us to be telephone contact concerning care of our minor child,and she is breaking the restriaing order by accessing my email account and now falsely accusing me of harrassment when it will be obvious it is from the residence she is in 1000 miles from me.
i know that she has been accessing my email account and forwarding herself my journal that I keep for my son for when he is older.She is claiming that I am sending her these emailsand that is a false statement

If it turns out she was lying and actually broke into your account, she can be charged with (depending on the court) cyber-hacking, reporting a false crime, attempting to pervade justice, and emotional damage (if you really want to stick it to her).

That is a complicated one the attorneys and detectives will have to sort out .

Given the level of hostility , I would really be grateful for that 1000 mile separation .
Others without it , end up getting in physical battles and are often afraid to sleep at night .

Count your blessings that there is great geographical space and
Find a fun diversion / distraction or some fun classes at the community college to get your mind off the conflict .

Your brain and soul need the rest .

Man I read your story and my heart went out for you. I don’t know what to tell you but I can tell you this, I have met some women who would do some stuff to get back at their ex but yours top it off. I hope when you do find out what you can do, you will make sure your lawyer hit her so hard that she wish she would have just moved on and let by gone be by gone. I can’t stand scandalous people. I will keep you in my prayer and will pray that God give you full custody of your child cause if shse is doing that to you now, she would have your own kids turning on you. Something else you may want to think about as well. you have a bless day and don’t let her off the hook when you get the proof. She needs to learn a hard lesson.

Anything sent to her will have the IP address on it when opened. Just as easy to change your password or add a letter or symbol to it.
