Question by Shatoya W: When I try sending a fax, my computer suddenly shuts down and starts back up again?
I have a all-in-one printer with a fax system. I bought a external 56K Modem USB so I can send and receive faxes, because my computer does not have one installed on it. When I installed it, and when I try sending a fax, my computer shuts down and starts back up. It does that every time I try to send a fax. I was wanting to know what could be wrong?

Reinstall software. Check if connections are tight and correct.
