Fax Service: Can you advise some Printer, Scanner, Fax—- All in One?
So I just need all of them. But i don’t want to buy them separately. Instead i wanna buy all in one printer fax scanner
have to be under 200 euro if possible.
I need as cheap as possible. it’s my first time buying thing like this so I’ll use it for maybe 6 month and very rarely (maybe 6 times in one month)
After 6 month I’ll understand myself how to choose them but now I don’t about them at all
We have an Epson all-in-one but it does not have a fax in it but I am satisfied with it especially when printing photos. I guess Lexmark or Brother is a good brand for Printer.

Well it has to be the , samsung version.
However it will be a little over the 200 euro price mark.
What you may want to do is look for this on ebay.
There are beand new ones on ebay, and they have the chepeast toners out there.
Otherwise lexmark is cheaper, but toner, cartridges are expensive!
So samasung wins!
Which all-in-one printer, fax, copier, and scanner is best for you will depend on your needs…
Regarding “cheap as possible,” be aware that some “all-in-ones” at the low end (such as the HP Deskjet 3050) do not including faxing.

Fax Service: What’s a cheap printer that I could buy with some cheap ink when I need to refill?
I only need the basic print function, no fax, no copy, and no scan. I already have a printer that broke down, but those functions still work.
My Canon MP390 broke down and the black inks are only 6 dollars!
Cheap printers make there money on expensive inks. Whereas expensive printers generally have cheaper ink.
The epson cx8400 is a scanner/copier/printer for at circuitcity.com with free shipping. genuine Epson ink is expensive but you can get brand new (not refills which are a bad idea) cartridges for under at http://ccs-digital.com/ink.asp
I would recommend the CX8400 also. It is a print/copy/scan printer, but the performance you get for the money is well worth replacing the other functions.
I am sure that the scan feature on the Epson is upgraded from what you are able to do with the Canon. The Epson has three scan modes. Auto, which automatically scans with the press of a button. Home, which allows you to edit and increse DPI of your scans. Professional, for people that are far more in depth than I. The scan also has a faded photo restore feature, so you can restore the color in your old faded photos.
You also get the LCD screen and memory card slots, so you can increase/decrese the size and numbers of copies. You can edit photos and perform all your maintenance duties from the printer.
This is a 4 ink printer, so if you run out of yellow, you just replace yellow. The tri-color ink cartridges actually end up costing you more money, because when you run out of yellow, you are throwing away cyan and magenta. It is also pigment ink, so your prints are waterproof, even on plain paper. Epson has the only pigment ink printer available for home use (HP, Canon have pigment ink printers, but are the large format professional printers).

I bought an EPSON CX8400. When one of the ink cartridges is empty, the printer won’t print at all. I’ve had it two weeks and replaced cartridges twice. It drinks ink like a sailor on leave. I’ve spent more on ink than I paid for the printer. ( at Fry Electronics) It’s so noisy, you can hear it all over the house. It prints fine, but I can’t afford the ink. The black was empty after printing 19 pages. I cleaned the head and it showed it used 1/4 of each tank. When the tank shows empty, it still has about 1/4 of tank left. If you decide to refill the tanks yourself, you’ll have to get a chip resetter. I’m throwing it away………….

Please don’t respond with anwsers saying “faxing is so old” “Why fax when you can email”
I am faxing a cover letter to future employer and fax number is the only thing available to me so thats why i need to find internet faxing service.
You can subscribe for a free trial of 3 days that will allow you to send 4 faxes, and receive unlimited number of faxes, and it doesn’t require any credit card at http://www.popfax.com.
Another option, is to send faxes for free on http://www.freepopfax.com, but it will insert you some advertising on your fax.

I am running Windows XP Pro. I installed IE-7 yesterday afternoon, I did not log off, when I tried to bring up the Internet Explorer 7 browser, nothing. All my exe files are unusable. I can only access 6 different icons in my control panel. Administrative tools, folder options, fonts,portable media devices, printers and faxes and scheduled tasks. No system or security files. I am in school and have my own seperate hard drive. I am taking web design and one of the programs I have installed is Macromedia Flash MX Professional 2004. I have a short cut to it on my desk top. The icon has changed to a square with a few dots in it. It will not open from this icon. The strange part about this flash thing is, I have two seperate flash files on my desk top, not shortcuts, and the icon is the proper flash icon and it will open and load in flash. I cannot open a bunch of different files and think IE 7 has something to do with it. Can anyone help me? Thanks, Richard.

before installing the new version u first have to uninstall the old version completly i think it may contain virus you may update your antivirus and scan all the files and folders after that restart your pc then see

Sorry about the RANT, but you should start telling everyone too. NEVER use a Beta version of software EVER. Here’s why. First, the old rule “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” applies. Second, be sure that you understand ALL of the ramifications when installing new software. Did you know that it might not work? (That’s what BETA means).
OK, try this. Go to the Control Panel, and look for the IE7 uninstaller in the ADD/REMOVE section. Try that first. Look to see if this will restore IE 6 with SP1.
IF things seem recovered, you might try and reinstall IE 6 with SP1. Go to the Microsoft website at http://www.microsoft.com and go to the Download section. Pick the Internet subsection and look for Internet Explorer Version 6 with Service Pack 1. Download and install that.
IF things are still busted, then go to the PROGRAMS section of the START menu, pick the Accessories, then System Tools section and pick RESTORE. Go back a few days, before the IE7 mishap.

wow you gotta love microsoft crap software .. i’d use firefox web browser it works better .. but you can try uninstalling ie7 it will just roll back to the last version of ie and see if that fixes it .. but restart your machine first

I was wondering how long after u got approved and your food stamp benefits were open did u receive your card? I got approved and my benefits became open a couple days ago. i never had an interview or anything,i did everything online and faxed over the information needed.so i dont know when i should be receiving my card and pin. anyone know?

Here in NH, I had to go down and pick mine up, they wouldn’t mail it,,,,it would be best if you called Health and Human Services and find out….Then unless you receive emergency food stamps, they will be activated on the day of the month in your state…ours is the 5th.

When I had food stamps I had to go to the public aid office to pick up my card and verify my pin #. I would call your local office and ask if you have to go in to pick it up. They may also make you watch a movie on how to use your card and all that jazz.

In pa you have to go down and pick it up yourself so you can select a pin #. Call and ask

there is alot of car companies and loan artists that will do what you want except for one thing . You will need to send them the title and they will send you back a the title with a lien on it . If you fax them a copy Mississippi or most every state will not attach a lien to it as it is not the original and therefore they have no legal right to the car in case you default , or for that matter sell the car and take the money and run . Sorrty to be bearer of bad news .

Tho it may be a bit difficult if the sent faxes were send as dark as they appear. However try Roxio Pro, am sure it will help. But the othe thing is that I do not know where you can find it for free but try to search for it. I have it and can help if you need it.

I don´t have Photoshop myself, but it should be possible to do. I use PSP and I´d start to Brighten up the fax and then increase the Contrast. Try different values until you can read it. When you have done so you can try to replace the background color. In PSP you find a spot, grayish(?) and have the other color white and then replace them. You must have very low tolerance marked, so that only the background is affected.

the Control Panel that they are “Offline”? How or what do I have to do to get them back “Online” so I can once again print things from my computer? Will be most grateful for the “Best Answer” !!
Was hoping phxmilitarymom and uppaluri k were correct but when I right click on the printer icon that is saying “offline” I DO get a choice to click on “Use Printer Online” but nothing changes ?/!
HELP !! Although I am appreciative of the 5 of you who have answered with helpful hints — none of them work ! So, any further ideas from you people — or I still welcome new answers– HELP !!

Reboot everything including the printer

Right-click either device in the Printers window.
Select Properties from the pop-up menu.
If the printer is correctly connected to your computer/network then accessing the Properties page should re-establish the connection.
If not. Then start checking the obvious, is the printer ON, is it connected?
finally you might try Adding a new printer to recreate the connection.

Go into your Control Panel, open it and click on “Printers”. When that opens, right click while your curser is on the printer you use and a menu will pop up, select “Work Online” here and you are all fixed.

Go to Printers & Faxes folder. Right click on the printer. You will see an option Work Online. This is toggle switch. When you click on this it becomes off line. If you again click on this off line it becomes online. That simple.
