Why the double standard Obama favors ? or is it racism?

fax free

Ask by Gladiator For u: Why the double standard Obama favors ? or is it racism?
There are many sanctuary cities which have laws that protect illegal aliens which contradicts federal law. Obama attacks one of our states (Arizona) that just wants him to do his job and enforce federal law while he allows other states to get away with allowing crime. Then Obama proposes amnesty which supremely favors one race but calls it reform? We have a system already in place that does not racially discriminate though it is overburdened because everyone wants to live here is not a reason to allow a majority race to “cut in line” !

The republicans made this mistake in ’86 and Reagan admitted it was a mistake and now people don’t have the brainpower to associate high violent crime rate, higher healthcare costs, taxes, and burden on education system to illegal immigration. Now Dumbama wants to make the same mistake!

I’ve contacted my govenor and senators by phone and though www.numbersusa.com by free faxing to help stop this dictatorship against American popular opinion… Hope you do the same.

maybe you should have asked the party you support why they did not file sues against sanctuary cities.

Answer by R T
The Dems want amnesty to create another voting block of supporters. Those who get a free pass will likely vote for those who gave them the free pass. Instant constituents. This is all about remaining in power, NOT what’s good for the county.

What type of device would I need to use my Magic Jack(VOIP) phone line to fax with on a standard FAX Machine?

By clifftonian18: What type of device would I need to use my Magic Jack(VOIP) phone line to fax with on a standard FAX Machine?
I currently have a Panasonic plain paper fax and copier as well as my Lexmark All in one Printer/Fax. I really want to be able to utilize both of my fax setups here at home, but I am aware that Im using a Digital (VOIP) phone line versus an analog fax machine as well as a V.90 56k modem. I can either use my V.90 56K modem through the computer or use my fax machine, which both of them will dial out the number of the other party; but the other partys FAX machine does not recognize the digital signal, so it fails to go through. I have done some research on the problem at hand, I read up on something called an ATA box; but im not sure if thats going to solve my problem or not. I need something thats not to exspensive that will work for home office use. I am running Windows XP service pack 3, and I am using Clearwire Wireless internet access. I understand that using wireless connections arent good either for what im trying to do, but surely it can be done i would think. Please help.

Thanks,

Clifton
I have two more questions. 1. Would I be able to still use my Magic Jack, and would it still be kept hooked up the way it is to my computer like im using it now?
Which I would assume the fax machine would be hooked up seperatly and have its own number right? 2. Does the device you mentioned also act as a regular router as well?, and does this ATA device need another program or provider for it to have its own number for the fax machine to run without using the number that Magic Jack provided me? I really need to know how to set up all that up if I was to buy that device.
I have one other thing that I need to know. How can I go about making the router part wireless? I may endup sharing my internet connection with my mother soon, but I really dont want to have to run any wires, is there any way around that, like an adapter I can use for the router part of it? or do they make a wireless version?

MagicJack claims it *might* work if you try this:

1) Turn off Error Correction on your fax machine
2) Set your fax to the slowest speed available, test to see if it works
3) Check every other speed to see if it works

I have the same issue I am going to try the above. I don’t think all the stuff you mentioned above makes any difference you have to set the fax machine up differently

Answer by Mr. VoIP
I expect your chances of success are better if you use a VoIP ATA (analog telephone adapter) such as the Linksys SPA2102-NA connected directly to the Internet Modem and not through the computer. It can be purchased for around .

The SPA2102-NA is unlocked and user configurable and has two VoIP channels so that one can be configured with a VoIP account for voice and the 2nd line could be configured with a VoIP account optimized for Fax.

The SPA2102-NA also has a built-in Nat-Router and QOS for VoIP priority. It is always best to connect it directy to an Internet Modem that does not have a built-in router, as many routers block vital VoIP ports.

I use the Linksys SPA2102-NA and configure it to work with BYOD (bring your own device) VoIP providers like CallCentric.
————————————

1.
Yes, and yes.
For optimal results, the Linksys SPA2102-NA should be connected directly to an Internet Modem (preferably a Modem with no router). The SPA2102-NA has its own built-in Router with VoIP QOS control. Then hook your PC with magicjack to output of SPA2102 LAN Ethernet output jack.
The SPA2102 will operate independently from the magicjack, and yes the Linksys would be configured to connect to a completely separate VoIP provider. The VoIP account configured in the SPA2102 would potentially have its own Phone Number (DID) for Fax (or voice).
2.
You do not need any extra software to configure the Linksys ATA. It has built-in VoiP Firmware.
Configure the ATA with a VoIP service like CallCentric, or InPhonex.
CallCentric provides device configuration settings suggestions on their website help and support section.
You would purchase a phone number from them (called a “DID”). A DID only costs .95/month + 1.5ยข/min for incoming calls (or Faxes), or .95/month for Unlimited incoming calls.
3.
For the Linksys SPA2102-na to be reliable, you do need a reliable HighSpeed Internet connection.
Also, when configuring the ATA, it Must be set to use G.711u pass-through VoIP Codec. Any other codec will not work for Fax.
——————————-

SPA2102-NA with Wireless Router:

Here is how my network is wired:

Internet–> Modem–> SPA2102–> WRT54G–> wired and wireless PC’s

I connect my WRT54G wireless router to Ethernet output of SPA2102 ATA.
Then, my local PC is connected to port-1 Lan port of WRT54G.
Then, my laptop is wireless connected to wireless link to WRT54G.

The only issue with Router like WRT54G after the ATA is that if any of those PC’s are runing a VoIP Softphone (like magicjack), then you need to know how to Port Forward or trigger ports 5060-5070 (UDP). Otherwise VoIP on PC’s may not work due to blocked ports.
This is also why you don’t want any other Router before the ATA, as it may be blocking VoIP SIP (session initiation protocol) ports and RTP ports (16,384-16,482) that the ATA requires.

Faxing on your regular voip lines like MJ isn’t that reliable. So unless its a common fax and not an important one then its okay otherwise don’t expect your faxes to get through all the time.

you need a phone to do that.

Only if you have VOIP on the Internet connection. Otherwise, you need POTS (plain old telephone service).

What procedures are standard after an automobile accident?

fax driver

Ask by Lola: What procedures are standard after an automobile accident?
I was in my first car accident on Saturday. The other driver was at fault, was I supposed to get his insurance information? When I call my company what exactly are their responsibilities? Keep in mind I’ve been driving for 10 years and never had an accident I just paid the insurance and kept it moving. All the offices are closed until Tuesday, do I need to get a copy of an accident report? I was also out of town when the accident occured like 600 miles from where I live can they fax it to me? Help!
Oh I forgot, I did call the police, my car is completely smashed! The other driver wanted to just exchange information and leave the scene, but I knew enough to tell him no and wait until the police got there. I do have a case number to give to my insurance.

Answer:

Answer by Gary D
You should get the police to do an accident report. Once the accident report is complete, your insurance company will obtain a copy of it and proceed from there. I’m assuming you and the other driver provided insurance cards and drivers licenses to the police? The insurance company takes that information from the accident report. All the insurance company needs is the police case number.

P.S. It’s good that you waited for the police to arrive. You did the right thing! d:)

If the police ever tell you to just, “exchange information” with the other driver and submit a “short form”, then you should get the drivers license, car license and insurance information from the other driver, then go to your nearest police station to fill out their “short form”. You then take all of that info to your insurance company.

Answer by skw60
You should have called police, got ALL information you could get
ask to see insurance card, drivers licence, the more information you can get the better off you are, once you have called your insurance company, don’t let the other parties insurance company call you and answer their questions—This is the job of your insurance company, I had this pulled on me when I had a wreck after 20 years which wasn”t my fault.

Answer by 1970 Mopar Muscle Gal
the police were suppose to make a report
you and the other driver were suppose to exchange insurance/contact info
you were suppose to contact your insurance company as soon as you got home/near a phone
yes you need to get a copy of the accident report- takes usually 4-5 days to have printed
can they fax it to you?
No idea since it contains personal info- they might want some type of identification to release ( I picked mine up in person)

Answer by Deasel98
Where I live, it depends on the severity. For a small accident (less than 500 damage), we just need to swap insurance info, and drivers license info. Keep in mind, 500 is not much when it comes to auto repairs.

If the accident is more serious (more than 500 damage), we’re supposed to call the police, who will do a accident report (you still need to swap insurance info, and licence info). If you then deal with your insurance co., you need the accident report ref. # (I’m sure they can contact the police to get a copy of the report, as long as they have the #)

Answer by hjbergel
First thing Tuesday morning call your insurance agent and report the accident to them and get their advice on what to do next. That’s what you pay them for. You should get from the other driver (his complete name, address, phone numbers, insurance company name and policy number) And if there were any witnesses get statements from them.As for the police report contact the police department in the city/town that the accident happened in about how to get a copy of the report being that you live somewhere else. You may have to go to the police department there or they may send/fax it to you for a small fee. Then take your vehicle to a body shop and have them arrange for a rental car for you while your is being repaired.(If the other person is at fault their insurance company has to pay for the rental) along with any expenses you occur like losing time out of work to pickup the accident report and if there are any medical bills or towing and storage charges.IF YOU WERE INJURED IN THE ACCIDENT AND REQUIRED A AMBULANCE RIDE TO A EMERGENCY ROOM YOU MIGHT WANT TO CONSIDER CONTACTING A PERSONAL INJURY LAWYER AS YOU MIGHT HAVE A POSSIBLE LAWSUIT AND IF YOU DON’T AT THE VERY LEAST TALK TO A LAWYER THE FIRST TALK IS ALWAYS FREE YOU MIGHT BE DENYING YOURSELF POSSIBLE COMPENSATION FOR YOUR INJURIES AND LOSSES.
