I do not know how you hook-up the wireless so I can fax out of my home. Would I have to hook computer also to my home phone so I am able to use fax machine on my Dell all-in printer. Can you tell me how to hook up wires?

Yes fax uses dial tone not Internet. So hook it up to your home phone is the easiest. Not many people use fax now days. Just e-mail them the document.
